GAITHERSBURG, MD, January 7, 2004 – L’Academie de Cuisine is pleased to announce a partnership with the American Personal Chef Association (APCA) as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Training Center for the APCI’s Culinary College Program. The American Personal Chef Institute (APCI) is the education branch of the American Personal Chef Association and offers members the opportunity to start or grow their personal chef business through a 2-day seminar that focuses on the use of highly effective and proven techniques. This seminar digs deep into the Personal Chef Service Program and provides the greatest level of detail and interaction with other Personal Chef. Led by a successful working Personal Chef, this seminar offers chefs and prospective chefs professional business training to successfully set up or refine a profitable personal chef business.

Founded in 1976, L'Academie de Cuisine is the premier culinary school in the Washington, DC area.
